The client is currently converting the existing house into a guest house, the intention is to connect all the existing rooms to an en-suite bathroom. We also built a two bed, two bath extension onto the western side of the house. The design intention is to marry the existing Spanish style and marry it to a modern farmhouse look. The client requested a natural look and feel with a muted colour palette which blends into the surrounding landscape.
